Fentimans, traditionally brewed Botanical Beverages described as adult soft drinks using only the best milled roots, finest herbs and natural flavourings. Founded in 1905 by Thomas Fentiman, this old English example of traditional Ginger Beer is the real deal with a slight alcohol deposit of 0.5%.

Mawsons, based in Oldham is a family business with real Lancashire roots producing traditional Sarsaparilla. Sarsaparilla is a herbal cordial made with ginger, liquorice and sarsaparilla root, diluted with Soda produces that Lancashire Classic of Sass 'n' Soda. The family has also produced other traditional old fashioned drinks to revive the memories of some of us and introduce a new generation to those old flavours.
